Some of the ink’s ingredients go out of suspension, causing loss of ink flow with a tendency to curdle.
Causes:
– Excessive moisture content of ink due to high humidity levels;
– Wrong solvent or too much diluting agent.
Solutions:
– Add normal propyl acetate. Ensure ink tray covers are used;
– Add more effective (richer) solvent to blend or replace ink if necessary. Use ink tray covers.
