Miniflex® 506 is a flexographic printing machine suitable for continuous printing of inclined edges on laminated panels. With a maximum print width of 10 mm and a speed of 130 m/min, this printer uses a flexographic ink system with a Teflon-coated closed-chamber doctor blade for quick and efficient cleaning. The laser-engraved ceramic roller contributes to print quality. The machine features independent motorization, driven by a Brushless motor mounted on the side of the machine and controlled by the speed reference provided by the customer’s line. Ink supply is managed by a peristaltic pump, creating a forced ink recirculation from the tank to the closed chamber. Additionally, the Miniflex® 506 comes complete with an electrical panel and pneumatic logic for group management.
