Miniflex® 505 is a flexographic printing machine ideal for inline extrusion printing, capable of reaching an operating speed of up to 300 m/min. The printing area of 100×500 mm allows single-color printing of texts, codes, logos, and graphics.
The inking system uses a doctor blade and a laser-engraved ceramic Anilox roller, with continuous recirculation supplied by a pneumatic mini-pump. The cliché is fixed using double-sided tape, but upon request, a printing roller with grooved aluminum rings for Telos clichés is also available.
Micrometric adjustment between the character roller and the ceramic roller ensures precision in setting, while the station lifting is operated by a pantograph driven by a pneumatic cylinder. It is available both in horizontal-vertical configuration with film feeding from bottom to top, and (upon request) with reverse feeding.
