The Thermoprint 360, an advanced direct thermal transfer printing module developed as a solution specifically dedicated to the digital marking of barcodes, dates, lot numbers, and logos. We structured this printing system to work with precision, on flexible plastic, paper, and multi-laminate films integrated into horizontal and vertical packaging systems.

In terms of production specifications, our digital printer offers a dual continuous and intermittent (alternating) print mode, guaranteeing high operational flexibility both with moving film (up to 400 mm/s) and stationary film. The equipment ensures a professional resolution of 300 dpi and handles a maximum print width of 53 mm, with a length reaching up to 3000 mm in continuous mode and up to 40 mm in intermittent mode. To keep the production process efficient and waste-free, we integrated an automatic thermal ribbon optimization device and a quick loading system using rolls up to 450 meters.
