The Thermoprint 359, an advanced thermal transfer printer developed as a solution specifically dedicated to the automatic and digital marking of text, barcodes, dates, and logos. We structured this printing system to work with precision, operating smoothly on flexible plastic, paper, and multi-laminate films in combination with vertical, horizontal, and thermoforming packaging machines.

In terms of production specifications, our digital printer offers an intermittent (alternating) print mode, in which the film remains stationary during the cycle while a motorized carriage translates with the printhead and the ribbon-holder assembly. The equipment guarantees a high resolution of 300 dpi (12 dots/mm) and handles a print speed of up to 350 mm/sec (with a carriage return reaching 400 mm/sec). To meet every application requirement, the range offers maximum print widths of up to 53, 106, or 128 mm and variable lengths of up to 630 mm. To keep the production process efficient and cost-effective, we integrated an automatic ribbon consumption optimization device and wide compatibility with vector fonts, 1D and 2D barcodes, QR Code and customizable logos.
