The Thermoprint 358, a versatile direct thermal transfer printing module developed as a solution specifically dedicated to the automatic marking of barcodes, lot numbers, dates, and logos. We structured this printing system to work with precision, operating smoothly on flexible plastic, paper, and multi-laminate films in combination with both horizontal and vertical packaging machines.

In terms of production specifications, our digital printer offers high operational flexibility thanks to the dual continuous and intermittent (alternating) print mode, allowing printing both while the film moves forward (up to 800 mm/s) and when it is perfectly stationary (up to 600 mm/s). The equipment guarantees a professional resolution of 300 dpi and provides maximum print widths of 53 or 106 mm (depending on the model) with print lengths reaching up to 3000 mm in continuous mode and 75 mm in intermittent mode. To keep the production process efficient, we integrated an easily removable ribbon drawer for quick replacement and an automatic thermal ribbon optimization device (with rolls up to 900 meters), which minimizes material waste.
