We conceived and built the Print 285, a reliable hot stamper developed as a solution specifically dedicated to industrial and indelible marking of data, prices, lot numbers, barcodes, and expiration dates. We structured this coder to work with precision, on horizontal and vertical packaging machines or label applicators.

In terms of production specifications, our hot stamper offers a maximum speed of up to 150 markings per minute on stationary products and is available in models with a print area of 40 x 40 mm and with a print area of 40 x 75 mm. To guarantee top-quality marking results, the system utilizes heated metal characters or clichés that transfer color from the pigmented ribbon (available in various colors, including white) via heat and pressure, ensuring a clean and non-toxic process. To keep the production process efficient, the machine is equipped with an integrated temperature controller with displayed temperature and a device for micrometric adjustment, recovery, and tensioning of the ribbon.
