Modular™ 965: Single-Color Roll-to-Roll Flexographic Line for Plastic Films An in-line flexographic unit designed for continuous printing on polyethylene film. The system combines closed-chamber inking technology with automated web stability management, making it an ideal solution for high-productivity industrial integration.

Specifications and Hardware Architecture:

  • Inking Assembly: Single-color printing head equipped with a doctor blade closed chamber. Feeding via dual diaphragm pumps (supply/return) to maintain constant viscosity. Reverse flow device on the supply pump to optimize the washing cycle efficiency.
  • Impression Assembly: Linear-coupled impression cylinder ensuring uniform pressure across the plate cylinder.
  • Line Auxiliaries: Deionization system (anti-static bar), electronic pre-print web guide, and an overhead drying tunnel integrated into the upper structure.
  • Tension Control: Unwinding and rewinding tension regulation servo-assisted by independent dancer rollers to prevent elastic deformation of the polyethylene.
