Modular™ 964 by Giugni Srl is a Stack Type flexographic printing unit specifically designed to work in symbiosis with automatic bag making machines in the plastic film converting industry.

Thanks to its ability to handle large print widths (from 600 to 1300 mm), this machine is the benchmark standard for the production of shoppers, garbage bags, produce bags, and industrial packaging. The Modular 964 integrates seamlessly into the bag-making line workflow, printing logos, brands, recycling codes, and promotional graphics directly onto tubular or flat film before cutting and sealing.

The vertical configuration with independent cylinders provides quick access for job changes, minimizing bag maker downtime. The closed-chamber doctor blade inking system ensures consistent and clean print quality even at the high speeds typical of modern bag-making lines.
