Modular™ 954 by Giugni® is a motorized stack-type flexographic printing system designed for industrial applications requiring robustness and the use of solvent-based inks (Flexo Solv).

With a print width of 200 mm, this machine is the optimal solution for inline customization of narrow-web products such as profiles, corner protectors, wraps, or technical tapes. The 2-color configuration enables the printing of logos, codes, and solid flood areas with high definition, thanks to the doctor blade inking system, which ensures precise and consistent ink metering.

Modular™ 954 stands out for its solid yet compact mechanical design, featuring an integrated drying system and sleeve change technology, allowing fast job changeovers. Independent motorization enables production speeds of up to 100 m/min while maintaining stable register on substrates such as paper, paperboard, and nonwoven materials.
