We designed and manufactured the flexographic printing press Modular™ 950 to meet the strict operational requirements of the construction and chemical sectors. This solution, part of our Flexo stack family, was specifically engineered for continuous, single-color custom graphic printing. We designed the unit to operate in-line with the material following a horizontal web path, which is ideal for integration with unique substrates such as mesh fabrics and glass.

We equipped this flexographic printer with a structure capable of handling a print width of 1300 mm and a print repeat length of 1000 mm. The system’s mechanics are powered by an advanced drive system featuring synchronized brushless motors—a technical choice we made to ensure consistent precision throughout the entire production process while maintaining a print speed of 50 m/min. To optimize machine downtime, we included sleeve-change capability, making print repeat changes quick and easy.

The inking system is a cornerstone of our design: the use of a ceramic anilox roller paired with an enclosed doctor blade chamber ensures a uniform and controlled color distribution. We made the Modular™ 950 flexo printer compatible with various ink types, including water-based, solvent-based, and UV inks. To complete the production cycle and ensure optimal results, we integrated a hot air drying system with heating elements, which is essential for accelerating ink drying on the substrate.
