Large-scale efficiency: the ideal printing unit for simultaneous marking on multiple lanes of tubular film (garbage bags).

Modular 948 is a flexographic printing machine designed to maximize productivity in extrusion and packaging lines for industrial and waste bags. This unit stands out for its ability to handle simultaneous printing on 4 independent lanes, allowing four side-by-side reels or tubular films to be marked in a single pass.

In the demonstration video, the machine is engaged in printing black film for garbage bags. Despite the dark and challenging substrate, Modular 948 ensures sharp and legible marking using water-based inks.

To ensure flawless results throughout the entire production cycle, the machine is equipped with an automatic viscometer. This device continuously monitors ink composition, correcting any variations in density. This guarantees consistent print quality, preventing shade or coverage variations caused by evaporation of the liquid component of the ink.
