We designed and assembled the Modular™ 937, a flexo printer from our “Flexo stack” family, engineered for direct integration into extrusion and converting processes. This flexographic printing press operates with a horizontal web path on plastic and bioplastic substrates, ensuring consistent performance at a speed of 120 m/min thanks to its synchronized brushless motor system. To guarantee high-quality inking, we adopted an enclosed doctor blade chamber system with a ceramic anilox roller, which is ideal for using solvent-based inks.

The flexibility of this flexographic printer is one of its main strengths: the system integrates sleeve-change technology, allowing operators to vary the print repeat length between 400 mm and 800 mm quickly and cost-effectively. With a print width of 1300 mm, the machine features two independent print units served by dedicated ink circuits, making it perfect for customized printing. We have also included a hot air drying system with heating elements to accelerate curing, ensuring a flawless final product on any type of substrate.
