We designed and built the Modular™ 930, a flexo printer from the “Flexo stack” family conceived for direct integration into extrusion, converting, and paper processes. This single-color flexographic printing machine was specifically engineered to handle corrugated polypropylene sheets, honeycomb cardboard, corrugated cardboard, and packaging cardboard with maximum efficiency, ensuring smooth horizontal movement thanks to its motorized drive system.

The core of our flexographic printer’s inking system is based on a conventional fountain roller and Anilox roller delivery system—a robust and proven solution to ensure a consistent transfer of water-based ink. To optimize process times, we integrated a hot air drying system with heating elements, which accelerates the drying of the printed substrate while maintaining sharp print quality.

Managing the 1000 mm print repeat length is extremely fast and cost-effective. The Modular™ 930 represents our technological answer for those seeking a reliable flexo printer capable of working in perfect synchronism with the production line, while guaranteeing register stability on substrates of various thicknesses.
