Four-color inline flexographic printing system, with a maximum film width of 900 mm.
Possible printing configurations: 1+0, 1+1, 2+0, 2+1, 2+2, 4+0.
Each individual printing unit is a Miniflex® 590, equipped with its own brushless motor and a print repeat length of 500 mm, with a maximum print width of 600 mm.
Quick-change system for the print cylinder, with the option to install a sleeve-holder cylinder as well.
The printing units are mounted on sturdy support arms that open outward like a book, equipped with precision locks, to facilitate:
- Printing plate change
- Cylinder change
- Maintenance operations
Dual ink tank system on a wheeled cart, allowing one or two different colors to be used on each side. Configuration selection is done directly from the control panel, without the need to disconnect any hoses. Ink drum covers are pneumatically operated. Removable lower collection tray for cleaning purposes.
The machine is equipped with an integrated drying system.
Flexographic system control is managed via a wireless touch screen panel.
