We conceived and built the Minioffset 396, an offset printing machine developed as a solution specifically dedicated to the customization of round and flat irregular surfaces. We structured this printing machine to work with precision, operating smoothly on plastic materials such as garden hoses in PVC, high-pressure hoses, PE, PP, and strapping.

In terms of production specifications, our printer offers high flexibility and remarkable cost-effectiveness even for managing small batches, driving down costs per single marking. To keep the production process efficient, we adopted an inking unit based on an Ultralox™ laser-engraved ceramic anilox roller, designed to guarantee consistent color transfer. The equipment is optimized for the primary use of UV inks.

Mechanical control of the entire system is designed to facilitate the operator’s work. We designed this solution so that installation and routine maintenance are simple and quick. To make changeovers agile, we developed a mechanism that allows cliché replacement in a couple of minutes, reducing machine downtime.
