We designed and built the Miniflex® 590 to be a versatile and user-friendly equipment, ideal for anyone looking for a motorized flexo printer capable of seamlessly integrating into a wide variety of industrial processes, from extrusion to converting. This flexographic printing press reaches a speed of 150 m/min and has been engineered to print custom graphics on a broad range of materials, including bioplastics, metal, fabrics, and rubber.

In developing this flexographic printer, we chose a conventional fountain roller (rubber roller) inking system, which represents a very cost-effective technical solution. The machine handles print widths between 100 and 400 mm and print repeat lengths between 500 and 600 mm, while also offering the option to synchronize two units via software to achieve two-color printing.

We are excited about this flexo printer‘s compatibility with eco-friendly water-based or solvent-based inks. The Miniflex® 590 is fully interchangeable with our passive versions, making it a higher-performing and more cost-effective choice compared to a standard motorized flexographic printing press, with the option to add a drying system to optimize production rates.
