New Miniflex® 578 is an advanced solution for one color printing, designed to deliver precise and reliable results on a wide range of materials, both porous (such as paper) and non-porous (such as plastic). Thanks to the combination of a flexible printing plate and a sophisticated ink system with an Anilox roller, it can handle substrates with variable repeats ranging from 350 mm to 1000 mm, offering exceptional versatility.

The printing process takes place in several stages: initially, the layout is transferred to a flexible printing plate; then, an ink system consisting of a tank and a dedicated pump feeds the Anilox roller, which, with its microcell-engraved surface, precisely meters the ink to be transferred to the printing plate. Finally, the material to be printed comes into contact with the inked plate, thereby completing the desired print.
