We designed and manufactured the Miniflex® 577, a high-speed gearless flexo printer, to meet the needs of manufacturers producing feminine pads with large print widths. This flexographic printing press was engineered to ensure consistent performance up to 450 m/min, making it the ideal model for customizing baby and adult diapers or feminine hygiene items.

In developing the system, we focused on maximum print repeat versatility. Thanks to sleeve-change technology, it is possible to vary the repeat length between 240 mm and 460 mm quickly and cost-effectively, using either plate sleeves or laser-engraved elastomer sleeves. The print width of 250 mm allows for precise handling of both small formats and wider-web applications.

We are excited about the sustainability of this flexographic printer, which we configured for the exclusive use of water-based inks. This technical choice completely eliminates solvent emissions into the atmosphere, ensuring an environmentally friendly production process without sacrificing quality. The flexo printer also ensures seamless printing and can be integrated into stack or central impression (CI) configurations without register issues.

To optimize overall efficiency, we included the option to add optional systems such as the W&W automatic washing system, a viscometer, or the NIC™ plate cleaning system. The Miniflex® 577 flexographic printing machine represents our advanced solution for those seeking high productivity, stability, and a fully eco-friendly approach.
