We designed and built the Miniflex® 569 as a specific solution for product customization in the personal hygiene sector. This flexo printer allows for effective processing of substrates such as plastic, bioplastics, and non-woven fabrics, integrating directly into the line with an operating speed of 450 meters per minute. Our Miniflex family is thus enhanced by a single-color flexographic printing machine, designed to ensure reliability and consistent precision throughout the printing process.

To make production fluid and convenient, we developed a closed-chamber inking system that ensures cleanliness and uniform application. This flexographic printer handles a printing width of 100 mm with a variable repeat ranging from 230 mm to 475 mm. Versatility is guaranteed by full compatibility with water-based (eco-friendly), solvent, and UV inks, allowing the technology to be adapted to various application needs.

A distinctive feature of the Miniflex® 569 is the focus on setup times. We have implemented a quick format change system based on a sleeve with a double-cone mechanical lock. This design choice reduces machine downtime, confirming our highly functional motorized flexo printer for modern production lines.
