We designed and assembled the Miniflex® 568 as a single-color flexo printer optimized for the extrusion, converting, paper, and textile industries. This flexographic printing machine was conceived to work on a wide variety of materials, including plastic, bioplastic, paper, cardboard, and non-woven fabrics, ensuring seamless direct line integration. We developed this solution to enable continuous graphic customization, providing stability and versatility on both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates.

Technically, we configured this flexographic printer to handle a fixed printing width of 1200 mm, with a variable repeat ranging from 400 mm to 700 mm. The flexographic printing machine utilizes a closed-chamber inking system served by a dedicated ink supply circuit, designed to work effectively with solvent-based inks. The integrated motorization allows for an operating speed of 150 meters per minute while maintaining strict control over the quality of the printing process.

We have developed the system to meet specific operational reliability requirements, making production batch management smoother and more convenient. The structure of the flexo printer was built to minimize downtime and maximize output quality on complex surfaces such as nets or laminated materials. With the Miniflex® 568, we offer a motorized flexographic printing machine that combines technical consistency with operational flexibility for modern industrial needs.
