We designed the Miniflex® 564 as a specific solution for the extrusion, converting, paper, and textile sectors. This flexo printer was developed to work on a wide range of materials such as plastic, bioplastic, paper, cardboard, and non-woven fabrics, integrating directly into the line for continuous graphic customization. Our Miniflex family thus features a single-color flexographic printing machine, engineered to ensure reliability and consistent precision throughout the printing process.

Technically, we configured the Miniflex® 564 to handle a printing width of 1200 mm and a fixed repeat of 500 mm. This flexographic printer utilizes a doctor blade inking system, a technical choice we implemented to ensure uniform application of inks when working with solvent-based bases. The integrated motorization allows for an operating speed of 150 meters per minute, maintaining strict control over the output quality on complex materials such as nets or both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.

We have developed the system to make the integration of this motorized flexographic printing machine highly functional for modern production lines. The configuration with a doctor blade and dedicated motorization keeps production fluid and convenient, reducing operational complexities during continuous work cycles. With the Miniflex® 564, we offer a reliable and concrete flexo printer, capable of meeting industrial printing needs and customization requirements with precision.
