We designed and assembled the Miniflex® 562, a flexo printer from our “Miniflex” family, to meet the specific requirements of the personal hygiene industry. This single-color flexographic printing machine was designed for seamless in-line integration, enabling the application of customized graphics in a continuous process on materials such as plastic, bioplastic, and non-woven substrates.

In developing this flexographic printer, we focused on an advanced motorized system powered by synchronized brushless motors. This technology allows the unit to operate steadily at a printing speed of 270 m/min, ensuring strict control over registration and graphic quality. The inking process relies on a high-performance technical setup: a closed chamber system combined with a ceramic anilox roller. This configuration, specifically designed for solvent-based inks, guarantees superior adhesion of customized graphics on both absorbent and non-absorbent materials.

We take pride in the versatility provided by the integrated sleeve-change technology. This feature allows for managing the 475 mm print repeat in a quick and convenient manner, significantly reducing downtime during production changeovers. The 150 mm printing width is perfectly suited for delivering high-precision results in every application.

To maintain maximum process efficiency, this flexographic printing machine can be equipped with an optional drying system. This module is essential for accelerating ink curing at high speeds, ensuring a flawless final result.
