We designed and built the Miniflex® 555 as a specific solution for customization needs in the disposable personal hygiene products sector (Feminine Pads). This flexo printer was developed to operate precisely on substrates such as plastic, bioplastics, and non-woven fabrics, integrating directly into the line to ensure a continuous workflow. We aimed to provide a single-color flexographic printing machine capable of supporting high production rates, reaching an operating speed of 600 meters per minute while ensuring stability throughout the printing process.

Technically, we configured the Miniflex® 555 with a closed-chamber inking system, a choice that allows for uniform ink distribution and consistent cleanliness of the components. This flexographic printer handles printing widths ranging from a minimum of 50 mm up to 200 mm, with a variable repeat between 230 mm and 475 mm. We have optimized the system for the use of water-based (eco-friendly) inks, making this flexographic printing machine a functional solution for companies focusing on sustainable production.

We have developed the Miniflex® 555 to make operational activities smooth and convenient, reducing the time required for setup. The system integrates sleeve-change technology, which simplifies replacement operations and allows for the quick adaptation of the flexo printer to different situations. The dedicated motorization ensures perfect synchronism with the production line, confirming this flexographic printer as a practical and reliable solution for the modern requirements of the hygiene and sanitary sector.
