New Miniflex® 540 is a flexographic press designed to operate at speeds of up to 1000 m/min*, even in environments where available space is limited. This has been made possible through computational fluid dynamics (CFD) applied to ink flow. Its compact design, intuitive interface, and ease of integration, even in retrofit mode, make it the ideal solution for direct installation on both new and existing production lines, without the need for complex structural modifications.

Based on web-driven technology, new Miniflex® 540 uses the movement of the material itself to power the printing unit, eliminating the need for motors or electrical power. This ensures automatic synchronization with the production line, simplified installation, and reduced maintenance, significantly enhancing overall operational reliability.

The inking system is engineered for high-speed performance and features an anilox roller and doctor blade, ensuring even ink distribution and high print quality. Ink supply is managed by a pneumatic pump that maintains a constant level in the ink tray, preventing build-up, waste, and cavitation—even at maximum speeds.
