We have conceived and manufactured the Miniflex® 539 as a dedicated solution for the extrusion, converting, paper, textile, and non-woven sectors. We produced this flexo printer to operate on a wide variety of materials, including plastic, bioplastics, paper, cardboard, and nets, ensuring seamless in-line integration for graphic customization. This single-color flexographic printing machine was developed to guarantee consistent and precise application on both absorbent and non-absorbent substrates.

In the technical development of this flexographic printer, we installed an inking system based on a ceramic anilox roller Ultralox™ paired with a doctor blade, ideal for handling a printing width of 900 mm with a fixed repeat of 420 mm. The integrated motorization ensures the necessary synchronicity to reach an operating speed of 50 meters per minute, keeping the printing process smooth and convenient.

Our efforts focused on producing a flexographic printing machine capable of working with water-based inks and metallic formulations, required to achieve colors such as gold, silver, and bronze. To make operational activities more functional, we built the machine complete with a mobile counter roller, allowing the material to be moved toward or away from the printing roller to adapt to different situations. With the Miniflex® 539, we offer a solid flexo printer, made and fine-tuned to effectively meet modern industrial requirements.
