Flexo printing on technical nets for agriculture, construction, and infrastructure

The flexo unit for continuous marking of nets, meshes, and discontinuous technical materials.

Miniflex® 535 by Giugni® is designed for single-color flexographic printing on substrates largely composed of “open space,” such as PE/PP nets, anti-hail nets, scaffold coverings, and geotextiles.

Thanks to the “Kiss Printing” principle, the elastic photopolymer plate adapts to the mesh structure, depositing ink only on the solid parts without deforming the net or passing through its openings.

The flexographic inking system ensures continuous recirculation, constant viscosity, and no evaporation or foaming, delivering sharp and uniform markings even at high speeds.

Compact and easy to integrate into extrusion or weaving lines, Miniflex® 535 allows you to transform an unbranded net into a branded technical product, directly inline before winding.
