We conceived, designed, and built the Miniflex® 533 as a specific solution for the extrusion, converting, paper, and non-woven sectors. We produced this flexo printer to print horizontally on polystyrene sheets, cardboard panels, and honeycomb cardboard. This single-color flexographic printing machine was built to guarantee consistent and precise customization directly on continuous production lines.

From a technical standpoint, we assembled this flexographic printer to handle a fixed print width of 1300 mm, combined with a 610 mm print repeat. To keep the production process smooth and convenient, we developed an inking system consisting of a ceramic anilox Ultralox™ roll and a rubber fountain roll, a robust configuration that always ensures good coverage and excellent print quality. To support this printer, we integrated an ink recirculation system with a pneumatic pump.. We designed the system to work optimally and ecologically with water-based inks, allowing it to reach an operating speed of 50 meters per minute.

To assure structural stability and maximum efficiency, we produced this flexo press with an advanced motorized system managed by an electro-pneumatic logic. When no board is present to be printed, the anilox Ultralox™ roll continues to rotate at a stirring speed to keep the ink constantly fresh, while the print roll moves away to avoid dirtying the cliché. As soon as a microswitch detects the presence of the material, the system synchronizes with the polystyrene and the print roll is brought into contact with the anilox Ultralox™ to start the printing process.
