New Miniflex® 528 is a compact, high-performance flexographic printer designed to integrate seamlessly into high-speed extrusion and converting lines. Ideal for inline customization of plastic films, bags, shopping bags, and stretch films, it is particularly well-suited for printing on medium-to-small formats directly during the production process—such as on cast film lines.
It is available in two versions, with a maximum print width of 100 mm or 200 mm and a fixed print repeat of 500 mm. The printer can reach high printing speeds of up to 700 m/min*, making it one of the fastest and most compact solutions in its category.
The inking system of new Miniflex® 528 is engineered to deliver high performance even with low start-up tensions, a key feature for flexible, low-tension materials such as stretch film. The system includes a doctor blade and an anilox roller, ensuring precise, clean, and consistent ink distribution.
The printing cylinder is designed for plate mounting using double-sided adhesive tape, and the machine features a micrometric adjustment system for the gap between the printing roller and the anilox roller, ensuring optimal print quality control. A pantograph lifting system, powered by a pneumatic cylinder, allows quick switching between printing and standby modes.
The mechanical configuration is horizontal-vertical, with printing from bottom to top—a versatile setup suitable for integration into various types of production lines. The ink supply system is fully integrated and includes a recirculation system with a mini pneumatic pump.
New Miniflex® 528 is the ideal solution for manufacturers seeking compact size, ease of use, and precise high-speed printing directly integrated into their production lines.
