New Miniflex® 516 is an inline flexographic printer designed to deliver high performance in medium-format printing. With a printing width of 600 mm and a maximum print length of 500 mm, it is an ideal solution for applications requiring precision, versatility, and productivity.

The ink system, featuring a doctor blade and anilox roller, ensures uniform and efficient ink distribution, enabling operational speeds of up to 250 m/min*.

New Miniflex® 516 is now also available with doctor blades in technopolymer.

The machine is equipped with a micrometric adjustment system for the distance between the printing roller and the anilox roller, allowing extremely precise control of printing pressure. It also features a pantograph lifting mechanism, operated by pneumatic cylinders, which facilitates easy intervention during startup, job changes, or maintenance.

Its horizontal-vertical configuration, with the film advancing from bottom to top, promotes optimal handling of flexible substrates, reducing the risk of wrinkles or defects during the printing process.
