e designed and assembled the Miniflex® 508 as a specific solution for in-line customization within the extrusion, converting, paper, and textile sectors. We produced this flexo printer to operate on substrates such as plastic, bioplastics, paper, cardboard, nets, and non-woven fabrics, ensuring seamless integration directly onto production lines. This single-color flexographic printing machine has been manufactured to provide consistent and precise printing over time.

Technically, we made sure the Miniflex® 508 handles a fixed printing width of 10 mm with a repeat of 500 mm. The unique feature of this flexographic printer lies in its web-driven movement system: the motion is generated by friction through contact with the moving material on which the flexographic printing machine is attached. We have manufactured this technology to support high operating speeds, reaching 550 meters per minute while maintaining maximum stability throughout the entire printing process.

We have built and made the system to work optimally with both water-based and solvent-based inks, allowing it to effectively adapt to different situations. This design choice keeps production smooth and convenient by eliminating the need for external motors and simplifying the overall mechanics of the system. With the Miniflex® 508, we offer a reliable flexographic printing machine, produced to meet modern industrial continuous printing requirements.
