We conceived, designed, and built the Miniflex® 507 as a specific solution for the extrusion, converting, construction, and chemical sectors. We produced this flexo printer to operate effectively and target insulating tubes. This single-color flexographic printing machine was built specifically for continuous printing of characters using a grooved rubber plate directly onto tubes, ensuring consistent application and integrating easily into existing production lines.

From a technical standpoint, we assembled this flexographic printer to handle a fixed print width of 20 mm, combined with a 630 mm print repeat. The unique feature of our flexo press lies in its web-driven motion system: the movement during the printing process is generated by friction from the direct contact with the moving material on which the unit interfaces, allowing it to reach an operating speed of 60 meters per minute.

With dimensions of 470 x 310 x 165 mm, we offer a solid and compact printer, made and tuned to precisely meet the industrial needs of inline marking. With the Miniflex® 507, we deliver a practical and reliable solution, ready to satisfy the specific customization requirements of the sector.
