We have conceived and built the Miniflex® 506 as a specialized solution for the continuous printing of edges on laminated panels and wood fiber materials. We produced this flexo printer to ensure flexible integration directly onto existing production lines, allowing for high-precision operation on inclined profiles. This single-color flexographic printing machine was made to operate stably at speeds up to 130 meters per minute, maintaining consistent quality throughout the entire printing process.

Technically, we have assembled and fine-tuned a closed-chamber inking system with doctor blades, a design choice we made to ensure clean and functional ink management. This flexographic printer utilizes a laser-engraved ceramic anilox roller Ultralox™ and handles a printing width of 10 mm with a fixed repeat of 420 mm. We manufactured the system to work optimally with water-based or solvent-based inks, making the flexographic printing machine extremely versatile for different operational situations.

We manufactured the Miniflex® 506 with an independent motorization featuring a side-mounted Brushless motor, which synchronizes with the line speed via an external reference provided by the customer. To keep production activities smooth and convenient, we supply the flexo printer complete with an electrical panel and dedicated pneumatic logic for full unit management. With this model, we offer a robust flexographic printing machine, built and assembled to meet the precise requirements of the wood and laminate industry.
