The Miniflex 505 is a printing machine versatile, easy to use and ideal for in-line printing at high speeds. Indeed, it can reach working speeds up to 300 metres per minute. The printing area of 100 x 500 mm (width x development) makes this machine suitable for one color print of information, logos, images, writings and codes. The Miniflex 505-100 is equipped with an inking system with doctor blade and laser engraved ceramic anilox roller. The clichés fitting on the Miniflex 505 is by double side adhesive, but by request this unit can by supplied with aluminium rings to fit grooved rubber Telos clichés. This machine is equipped with micrometrical adjustment device of the distance between the printing roller and the ceramic roller and with pantograph lifting device. It is available with horizontal-vertical arrangement with film flowing from underneath upwards (by request, we can also supply the machine with vertical arrangement with film flowing from above downwards). Ink feeding by ink-recirculation system from bin with pneumatic mini-pump.
