Flexo UV motorised with closed chamber

The Miniflex 389 is a flexographic machine for printing on plastic and metalized films and sheets, on paper, etc. The inking system with laser engraved ceramic anilox roller and closed chamber allows to reach high speeds until 350 m-min. The use of the closed chamber assures less solvent evaporation, better cleaning and easier washing operations and colour change. The 389-300 has a max. printing area of 300 x 500 (width x development) in the standard version, but also developments from 350 to 1000 mm are available mounting suitable printing rollers. This machine is equipped with an independent motorization by means of a brushless motor and encoder reading the speed of the film to be printed. Ink feeding with ink recirculation system consisting of a 15 or 25 litres bin placed on a wheeled trolley, pneumatic pump, and fast connection pipes. Complete with electro-pneumatic.
