Miniflex® 389 is a flexographic machine for printing on plastic and metalized films and sheets, on paper, etc. The inking system with laser engraved ceramic anilox Ultralox™ roller and closed chamber allows to reach high speeds until 350 m/min. The use of the closed chamber assures less solvent evaporation, better cleaning and easier washing operations and colour change. The 389-300 has a max. printing area of 300 x 500 (width x development) in the standard version, but also developments from 350 to 1000 mm are available mounting suitable printing rollers. This machine is equipped with an independent motorization by means of a brushless motor and encoder reading the speed of the film to be printed. The printing unit comes equipped with an ink supply and recirculation system, featuring a 15- or 25-liter reservoir on a mobile cart, a pneumatic pump, and hoses with quick-disconnect fittings. The assembly is fully integrated with electropneumatic control logic and a dedicated electrical control panel.
