New Miniflex® 385 is designed to offer an efficient and compact solution for printing on plastic films and laminated materials such as HDPE and LDPE, as well as on paper, tissue, and even rigid products like panels and sheets. Its features make it particularly suitable for medium- to large-scale applications, ensuring sharp and repeatable results with minimal use of time and resources.Vertical or horizontal positioning, with film path from top to bottom (or vice versa)
- Maximum speed of 200 m/min
- Plate mounting with double-sided adhesive tape
- Flexographic inking with Anilox roller and rubber roller
- Pneumatic roller engagement system, with no need for micrometric adjustments
- Passive machine, driven solely by film movement
- Pneumatic control logic
Precise Transfer for Flexible Materials
Thanks to its passive system, new Miniflex® 385 is driven directly by the movement of the film. The rubber roller is pneumatically engaged with the Anilox roller, and together they are pressed against the plate cylinder with the minimum required pressure, preventing substrate deformation. Plate mounting via double-sided tape enables fast format changes while maintaining uniform and consistent tension.
Simple and Clean Inking
The inking system consists of:
- 15 or 25-liter tank on mobile trolley, available in monoblock version or with automatic refill upon request
- Low-consumption pneumatic pump
- Hoses with quick-connect fittings
- Easily removable ink tray for quick cleaning
Compatible with water-based or light solvent-based inks, the system can be integrated with external drying solutions, depending on production requirements.
Flexible integration into production lines
New Miniflex® 385 integrates easily into continuous production lines thanks to its compact design. The absence of internal motors and the pneumatic control logic simplify maintenance and reduce operating costs.
Control and reliability
The machine is operated via intuitive pneumatic logic, enabling clear and responsive commands. Its robust construction, combined with a reduced number of moving parts, makes new Miniflex® 385 ideal for high-speed industrial environments and demanding working conditions.
