We have designed, built, and assembled the Miniflex® 374 as a specific solution for the building and chemical sectors. We produced this flexo printer to operate directly on rigid materials, specifically for in-line printing on glass sheets. This single-color flexographic printing machine has been manufactured to ensure consistent and precise application, offering the option of horizontal positioning to easily adapt to existing production lines.

Technically, we made sure this flexographic printer handles a fixed printing width of 90 mm and a repeat of 120 mm. The unique feature of this flexographic printing machine lies in its web-driven movement system: the motion of the unit during printing is generated by friction through direct contact with the moving glass sheet. We manufactured this technology to operate stably at speeds up to 40 meters per minute, eliminating the need for external motorization.

To keep production smooth and convenient, we produced an inking system that distributes the ink using a laser-engraved ceramic roller (anilox) and a doctor blade, while also offering the use of a rubber roller as a convenient technical alternative. To support this flexo printer, we built a supply system that includes a 3-liter ink tank and a dedicated solvent tank. Small amounts of solvent are drawn from the latter and added to the ink to maintain consistent performance over time. With the Miniflex® 374, we offer a solid flexographic printer, made and fine-tuned to precisely meet the industrial requirements of glass processing.
