We have conceived, designed, and manufactured the Miniflex® 354 Agilon, a flexo printer developed as an inline solution specifically dedicated to integration on automatic packaging machines. We have structured this flexographic printing machine to work with precision, operating smoothly on unwinding porous materials such as medical paper.

To ensure accurate graphic results, we have equipped the system with a micrometric adjustment system that operates between the distribution roller, the type-holder roller, and the impression roller. In terms of production specifications, our flexographic printer manages a print area with a width of 400 mm and a print repeat of 100 mm. To keep the production process efficient and cost-effective, we have adopted an inking system based on a Duralox™ anilox distribution roller, conveniently fed by an Agilon pre-inked roller. Thanks to this solid structural configuration, our printer reaches an operating speed of 40 meters per minute.
