We designed and built the Mini Speedy Coder 289, a compact coder developed as a solution specifically dedicated to integration on packaging lines for coding on stationary or moving products. We structured this marking system to work with precision, clearly applying expiration dates, lot numbers, prices, and production codes.

To ensure accurate graphic results, we equipped the system with various types of easily removable type-holder bases, allowing the use of two different character sizes depending on needs. In terms of production specifications, our marking machine handles a print area of up to 40 x 35 mm and can operate on moving products at speeds up to 10 meters per minute. To keep the production process efficient and cost-effective, we adopted a practical inking system based on the use of pre-inked cartridges. Thanks to this configuration, the equipment reaches a remarkable operating capacity of 220 cycles per minute.
