We conceived and built the Coder 338, an indenting coder developed as a solution specifically dedicated to integration on intermittent-motion packaging machines. We structured this marking machine to work with precision on stationary products, operating smoothly on unwinding flexible materials such as paper films and paper substrates.

To ensure clear and indelible results, we equipped the coder with a mechanism that performs a firm pressure marking. In terms of production specifications, our marking system handles a usable area of up to 60 x 8 mm. To keep the production process efficient and cost-effective, we adopted a dry configuration, completely free of consumables such as inks or cartridges, that indents the material exclusively through the physical push exerted by the type-holder base. Thanks to this robust structural configuration, the equipment reaches an operating speed of up to 130 strokes per minute.
