We conceived, designed, and built the Coder 275, a coder developed as a solution specifically dedicated to identifying materials with low or zero absorbency. We structured this coder to work with precision, operating smoothly on products such as plastic bags and lithographed boxes.

To ensure accurate and highly visible graphic results, we equipped the coder with a type-holder drum featuring a practical automatic repositioning device. In terms of production specifications, our marking machine handles a usable print area of up to 250 x 35 mm and offers the flexibility to print on both the top surface and a side surface of the passing product. To keep the production process efficient and cost-effective, we adopted an indirect inking system based on the use of a refillable cartridge, designed to guarantee optimal and consistent ink application.
