We conceived, designed, and built the Coder 274, a marking system developed specifically to work on materials with low or zero porosity, such as plastic bags and lithographed boxes. We structured this coder in a compact configuration, capable of handling a usable print area of up to 180 x 35 mm and adapting to the specific needs of the line, operating on the top surface or on the side of the passing product.

To ensure commendable printing results, we equipped the coder with a type-holder drum featuring an automatic repositioning mechanism, capable of promptly preparing the equipment for the next cycle. To keep the production process efficient and cost-effective, we adopted indirect inking powered by a refillable cartridge, designed to guarantee consistent and uniform ink release even on substrates with difficult surfaces.
