We conceived and built the Airbrush 422, a compact automatic airbrush developed as a solution specifically dedicated to the application of inks, pigments, solvents, fluid products, adhesives, paints, and lacquers. We structured this spray system to work with precision, operating smoothly across various industrial manufacturing processes.
To ensure accurate and consistent coverage results, we equipped the airbrush with two separate inlets, one for the product and the other for air, thereby guaranteeing perfect fluid atomization and simultaneous actuation of the needle by the piston. In terms of production specifications, our airbrush handles a working pressure of up to 6 bar and an air consumption of 40 or 60 liters per minute. To keep the production process efficient and cost-effective, we adopted a flexible configuration that involves the use of two different heads: Head A for a fan spray pattern and Head B for a round spray pattern, supporting various product passage sizes from a diameter of 0.3 up to 1.5 mm.
Control of the entire tool is entrusted to a solid and manageable structure measuring just 130 x 55 mm. We designed this solution so that the operator can comfortably manage installation and adjustment, precisely calibrating the air flow rate and the amount of product to be applied.
