We have conceived, designed, and manufactured the Printpress 339, a flexographic machine developed as a dedicated solution specifically for high-quality flatbed printing on small surfaces. We have structured this single-color printing press to work precisely on intermittent-feed inline products, operating smoothly on both flexible and rigid materials, such as labels.

To ensure accurate graphic results, we have equipped the system with a motorized flexographic inking unit that inks a cliché mounted on a mobile carriage. We designed this printing system so that the carriage performs an alternating horizontal motion on guides, driven by a pneumatic cylinder, while a second cylinder presses the inked cliché directly onto the substrate to be printed. In terms of production specifications, our printer manages a print area of up to 150 x 150 mm. To keep the production process efficient and cost-effective, we have adopted a programmable electropneumatic operating logic, which allows the operator to comfortably manage the processing parameters.
