We conceived and built the offset printing machine for rubber hoses, an industrial marking system developed as a solution specifically dedicated to the continuous customization of flexible rubber hoses of different diameters. We structured this equipment to work with precision, operating smoothly directly on products moving along the production line.

In terms of production specifications, our printer offers a highly reliable indirect printing process, supported by a flexographic inking system available in a variety of colors. To guarantee exceptional graphic quality and sharp marking even with very small characters, the machine uses interchangeable characters and/or clichés. During the operating cycle, the passing hose is temporarily flattened by a special pickup roller, ensuring optimal contact and uniform color transfer. Furthermore, the printer receives motion directly from the material moved by the conveyor belt, natively synchronizing with line speed.
