Digitalization and Smart Setup:

• Digital Job Changeover: The printing repeat and plate length are fully configurable directly from the operator panel (HMI), drastically reducing machine downtime and eliminating manual adjustments.
• Electronic Synchronization: A rotary encoder, strategically positioned on the pre-print idler roller, detects web speed in real time, ensuring perfect register and maximum kinematic precision.

Architecture and Substrate Management: The line integrates an advanced web handling system consisting of a motorized nip roller assembly and a dancer roller for millimetric tension control. The process is completed by an integrated overhead drying module (including a drying hood and a ventilated impeller) for rapid water evaporation, even at high speeds.
