Flexo solv and H2O motorised with closed chamber
Modular 900 is a flexible and practical solution for the in-line 3+3 colours printing. With this system, it is possible to print the two sides of a wide range of materials, like, for examples, plastic films for sacks, shops, bags, flexible packing, etc.
The system consists of a main supporting frame, where 6 Miniflex are placed. The frame is equipped with system for the transversal adjustment of the printing machine position. In this way, the printers can be moved along the whole film width.
Each Miniflex has a max. printing area of 800 x 700 mm (printing width x development), but this machine model can mount printing rollers having developments up to 1’000 mm. All printers are equipped with inking system with closed chamber and laser engraved ceramic anilox roller. For this reason, the cleaning and colour changing operations are very easy and quick to be carried out. Each Miniflex has its own ink recirculation system for the ink feeding, consisting of a 15 or 25 litres bin placed on a wheeled trolley, pneumatic pump, and fast connection pipes.
The six machines are provided with electro-pneumatic control logic and are controlled by an electric cabinet with touch-screen panel. Using the panel, the operator can control, set and register the Miniflex. These operations are particularly easy, because the panel has graphic icons for a quick and simple reading of the operations carried out and to carry out. Moreover, the operator can use two small panels placed on the frame sides for the main functions regarding the printing process.
The system gives the possibility to choose the working mode between Follow-Up (fixed printing repeat, given by the printing roller development) and Variant (printing repeat which can be set from control panel without changing the printing roller).
The printing system is also equipped with a drying unit with cool air and drying boxes after each colour along the whole film width.
