We conceived and built the Minioffset 395, an offset printer developed as a solution specifically dedicated to in-line printing of a grid on extruded polystyrene sheets during the extrusion process.

In terms of production specifications, our printer offers a working speed reaching a maximum of 50 meters per minute, with a usable print area of 650 x 500 mm. To guarantee flawless application even on surfaces that are not perfectly flat, we integrated a special offset roller capable of compensating for material irregularities and directly receiving motion from the passing product to drive the entire mechanical system. To ensure seamless and uninterrupted printing, we eliminated the traditional cliché system by adopting a laser-engraved sleeve coupled with an air mandrel, ideal for printing a continuous grid of squares with 10 cm sides. To keep the production process efficient, the inking system consists of a pickup roller and an Ultralox™ distributor roller, supported by a reliable ink recirculation unit via a pneumatic pump.
