We designed and built the Miniflex® 556 UV as a specialized solution for graphic customization needs within the personal hygiene sector. This flexo printer was developed to operate precisely on substrates such as plastic, bioplastics, and non-woven fabrics, integrating flexibly into major existing production lines. We aimed to provide a flexographic printing machine capable of ensuring high-quality results on continuous films and webs while maintaining an operating speed of 400 meters per minute.

Technically, we configured this single-color flexographic printer with a closed-chamber inking system. This choice, supported by an ink recirculation circuit, ensures clean, consistent, and controlled ink application. The flexographic printing machine handles a fixed printing width of 750 mm, with a variable repeat ranging from a minimum of 600 mm to a maximum of 900 mm. The system utilizes UV inks, which are cured by an integrated UV lamp polymerization module designed to guarantee immediate ink setting on the material.

We have developed this motorized system to make the printing process smooth and convenient, reducing operational complexities during continuous work cycles. The entire architecture of the flexo printer is conceived to effectively meet modern industrial requirements, ensuring long-term stability and reliability. With the Miniflex® 556 UV, we offer a robust and versatile flexographic printing machine, ideal for those seeking seamless in-line integration without compromising speed or precision.
