Miniflex 543 is a printing unit complete with supporting structure with transversal adjustment and with drying unit by tepid air. It’s the ideal solution for printing and personalizing non-woven, PP membranes, meshes for the building industries, etc. using water base inks.
The inking system by closed chamber and laser engraved ceramic anilox roller and the electronic control make the use of water base inks problemless and the machine washing easy and quick.
As the printer is equipped with gearless motorization (one motor for the printing roller and one motor for the anilox roller) and with sleeve system, the operators can change quickly even stereos having big dimensions. Moreover, using engraved sleeves, endless printing is also possible.
The machine is extremely safe because the supporting frame is equipped with protections guards. The drying unit allows printing in-line up to 100 m/min as it perfectly dries even huge dimensions prints.
